Welcome to Beachside Jewellery, a collection of jewellery handmade by myself, Tanya Goodwin.

I have always had a keen interest in many different crafts, and in January 2007 I decided to have a go at designing and making jewellery. I have had no lessons or tutorials and am entirely self taught. My customers until recently have consisted of friends, family and work colleagues who have all been incredibly supportive and have given me the confidence to now branch out further by selling to shops, displaying work in galleries, jewellery parties and generally advertise my services more widely!

All of the products I use are of a very high quality with all Silver being Sterling, Handmade Lampwork beads that are often unique, Glass beads, Semi-precious Gemstones, Swarovski Crystals and Fresh Water Pearls and other more unusual Pendants and Beads. I source products from all over the world including India, Hong Kong, Turkey, USA and China. I try not to recreate any item too many times and any time it is recreated it is made slightly different to the original, ensuring all items are unique.

I love working on an Individual Commission basis being told only a rough idea of style and colour, or matching to a swatch of fabric and creating something especially for that person and I also love creating jewellery for very special occasions like Weddings, Christenings and Birthdays.
